At 18 % vol, Kōryu sits between spirit and aperitif. It is long enough to carry a highball and structured enough to stand on its own.

Our favourite
Kōryu Sunrise
5 cl Kōryu, 2 cl egg white, orange juice, lemon juice. Dry shake first, then shake with ice. Double strain.

Kōryu Highball
5 cl Kōryu, 10 cl chilled soda, one long lemon zest. Build over clear ice, stir once.

Kōryu on the Rocks
6 cl over one large clear ice cube, in a tumbler.
